2026 Theme of the year

This year’s exhibition looks ahead, gathering architecture and environments that don’t exist yet but await us in the future.

How will we live in 100 years? Whether you imagine a utopia or an apocalypse, there is room for it in this year’s exhibition, themed around the future. With dough and icing, we explore the visions, dreams and ideas that lie just around the corner.

Perhaps you want to depict how your own home, neighbourhood or favourite place might change over time. Build tomorrow’s modular home, a survivalist’s paradise, or why not a colony on Mars. Together we create a magical exhibition where fragrant Christmas traditions meet the architecture and design of the future!
