Throughout 2025, ArkDes offers free admission to the exhibitions.
ArkDes is located on the island of Skeppsholmen in the middle of Stockholm. You can easily get here by public transport, bicycle, or by foot.
Larger groups, preschools, and school classes are welcome to visit the gingerbread exhibition on their own. Admission to the museum is free, and no advance registration is required. You don’t need to pre-book your visit, but please approach our staff upon arrival, and they will assist you and provide a brief introduction to the museum and the exhibition.
Lockers for outerwear and larger bags, as well as an unmanned cloakroom, are available adjacent to ArkDes and Moderna Museet’s foyer. Additional lockers are located on the 2nd floor near the lakeside entrance, where designated seating for those who have brought their own lunch is also available.
